WebSVN (NAS) upgraded to version 0.9.3

Fixes a small bug when no repositories were present on the NAS. Allows creating repositories with the older BDB-type file system.

This releases adresses a bug which prevented WebSVN from displaying anything when there was no repository already created on the ReadyNAS. In addition it now allows to create BDB-type repositories by checking the (optional) checkbox "Create as BDB Repo" in WebSVN's main window.
